Mikey's an incredible little person and the motivation behind The AuDHD Store. You see, Mikey is a lot of things - a great snuggler, exceptional Lego creator, unbelievable Minecraft builder, artist, mathematician (compared to me), soccer fanatic, and an all-around great human. He's also an AuDHD, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidant) and Arfid (Avoidant and Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) kid.
So, when he chooses something, you better believe it's pretty special! He also collects random boxes... so, there's that.... Anyway, I sat down with mikey, and he chose his Top 5 picks from The AuDHD Store.

- Smooshos Pals Pug Plush - aka "Puggles".
Puggles is Mikeys new go-to plush. I honestly didn't expect this because it's not Minecraft- or Brainrot-themed. But, I tell you what, the unique squishiness of Smooshos Pals is incredibly satisfying! If you haven't already squeezed these cute characters, you're missing out!
2. Graphic Wireless Bluetooth Headphones - Stylish Over-Ear Design, Hi-Fi Sound, Long Battery Life, Universal Compatibility in Colour D
Mikey loves the funky skull design on these headphones! The Bluetooth feature is a much-needed upgrade from his ear muffs.
3. Fidget Spinner - 3 Pack - The good old classic fidget spinner!
I remember when these first started appearing. They crazed my older boys. Then I tried one... Yep, I realised what all the hype was about. Mikey loves his fidget spinner and uses it at random times throughout the day to regulate. Recently, It's worked wonders at bedtime to calm his mind.

Mikey first became obsessed with the Modular Convertible Kids Play-Couch at an appointment we regularly attend. In the room we use, there are several sensory safe items and this couch. He builds all sorts of creations out of the couch.

5. (2 PCS) 1000 Piece Christmas train Jigsaw Puzzle - CHRISTMASSS!
Two other things Mikey loves: Puzzles and Christmas! So, naturally, when he saw a huge Christmas puzzle, it caught his attention. Puzzles are one way we spend one-on-one time. Both being AuDHD means we don't play make-believe games together, so this is one way we spend quality time whilst de-stressing!
Now, I know this is a relatively short list. He doe's love A LOT of things in The AuDHD Store. But, we both agreed we'd save the other items for future blog posts.
