Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

We currently ship within Australia only.
Please note: Delivery times may be impacted during public holidays such as Easter.
Bulky & Supplier-Shipped Items
Some larger items (such as trampolines or large sensory equipment) may ship directly from our suppliers.

Tracking will be provided once available.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@theaudhdstore.com.au as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to investigate and resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
NDIS Participants: We provide tax invoices for NDIS participants. Self-managed participants can order normally and email to request a tax invoice. Plan-managed participants should email us with their order and plan manager details before purchasing, and we'll issue the invoice directly to your plan manager. For full details, visit our page.
