NDIS Order Info

Using NDIS Funding at The AuDHD Store

The AuDHD Store can provide tax invoices for orders placed through our website to support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

We are not a registered NDIS provider, however many customers successfully purchase from us using their NDIS funding where the purchase aligns with their plan goals.

Self-Managed NDIS Participants

If you are self-managed, you may purchase through our website and submit the invoice to the NDIS for reimbursement (subject to available funding and plan goals).

Process:

  1. Place and pay for your order through our website as normal
  2. After checkout, email us at info@theaudhdstore.com.au
  3. We will issue a tax invoice suitable for NDIS claiming
  4. Submit the invoice through the NDIS portal

Please include in your email:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • NDIS number

**Please note that an auto generated invoice is usually sent after completing checkout. Just disregard this tax invoice and email us for an NDIA compliant one.

Plan-Managed NDIS Participants

If you are plan-managed and would like your plan manager to be invoiced directly, orders must be arranged via email before payment.

Process:

  1. Email us at info@theaudhdstore.com.au with the required order and plan manager details
  2. We will review the request and issue an invoice directly to the plan manager
  3. Once payment is received from the plan manager, the order will be processed
  4. Items are dispatched directly to the participant’s shipping address

Please include the following information in your email:

Participant details

  • Full name
  • NDIS number
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address

Order details

  • Items requested
  • Quantities

Plan manager details

  • Plan manager name
  • Email address for invoices

Orders are dispatched once payment has been received from the plan manager.
